Three steps to get your subscription into the app.
Open the redemption link on your phone
The redemption link is not a web page: it opens the Sindria app directly. On a computer it does nothing. Open your confirmation email on the same phone where you installed Sindria.

Install Sindria
Download the app on the phone you are going to use.

Open the redemption link from your phone
You get it on the confirmation screen right after paying, and again by email. Tap it on your phone and Sindria opens with your subscription attached.

Sign in with the same email address
Use the address you paid with. The subscription is tied to that account.
Get the app
Your invoice
The invoice for an online purchase is issued by Stripe, the merchant of record, not by Momusa. You will find it in the confirmation email.
