For independent bookshops

Your recommendations deserve more readers than the ones who walk in

You spend the whole day saying "you will love this one" at the counter. You know which novel suits a tired Monday, which picture book works for a four-year-old and which essay to hand to someone who says they never read. Almost none of that leaves the shop, because when the door finally closes you still have orders to place and shelves to tidy.

Sindria turns what you recommend into planned posts for Instagram and Facebook, written in the warm and curious voice of your bookshop. You review them, change whatever you like and publish them or leave them scheduled.

What gets in the way of posting when you run a bookshop

You recommend all day, but only at the counter

The problem

Your best advice happens in conversation: a customer describes the book they just finished and you know the next one. Writing that down as a post, with a decent photo and a caption that does not sound like a publisher's blurb, takes more time than you have between one customer and the next.

With Sindria

Tell Sindria which book you recommend and why, and it drafts the post in your voice. Learns From You remembers your tone and your favourite genres, so a pick about a village mystery sounds different from one about a classic in a careful new translation. The AI Design studio polishes your own photos of the table by the door or the shelf.

Book clubs and author events with a half-empty room

The problem

You organise the book club, a talk with a local author or the Saturday story hour, and on the day you wonder whether enough people knew. Posting once, three weeks before, is not enough, and posting every week is not something you have time for.

With Sindria

The calendar places each event with its announcement and its reminder, so the last Thursday of the month never catches you by surprise. Sindria does not manage sign-ups or seating: your post can say how to reserve a place, and you keep the list the way you already do.

A reading calendar that moves faster than you do

The problem

Book Day in April, back to school, the summer reading list, Christmas gifts, an author's anniversary, Women Writers' Day in October. Every one of those moments is a chance to talk about books, and every one arrives while you are busy with the rush of the day.

With Sindria

The Strategic Planner takes key dates into account and suggests posts ahead of time, from children's titles for the new school year to gift ideas in November. You decide which ones fit your bookshop. Smart Copywriting writes the caption, and you can also post about how to order a title that is not on the shelves.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use book covers and author photos?
Cover images and author photos belong to publishers, photographers or the authors themselves, and Sindria does not grant any licence for them. The safest route is your own photos: the table of new arrivals, the shelf, the pile on the counter. If you want to feature an author, ask them or their publisher for the photo and its permission.
Does Sindria manage orders or stock?
No. Sindria plans, writes and designs your social media posts and publishes them on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. It does not handle special orders, messages, reviews, stock or online sales. Your posts can explain how to request a book; the order itself is handled the way you already do it.
Can Sindria plan around Book Day, Christmas and back to school?
Yes. The Strategic Planner takes key dates into account, like Christmas or Black Friday, and suggests posts ahead of time. You tell it about your own calendar, such as the book club, author events or the children's story hour, and it remembers them when it proposes the next posts.
