For hair salons

Every balayage deserves to be seen beyond your chair

A balayage takes hours: the consultation, the hand-painted lightener, the toner, the treatment, the blow-dry. When it finally looks the way you pictured it, the next client is already waiting, and the before-and-after stays in your camera roll. At night, the last thing you want is to write about hair.

Sindria takes your photos and your service menu and turns them into planned posts for Instagram and Facebook, in the voice of your salon. You review them between appointments, change what you like, and publish them or leave them scheduled.

Hairdressers: What can Sindria do for your salon?

What keeps your salon's work off your feed

Four stylists, one account nobody has time for

The problem

Everyone in the team has a full diary, and Instagram belongs to everyone, which in practice means it belongs to nobody. A post goes up when someone has a quiet afternoon, and then nothing for three weeks. Your feed does not reflect how busy and careful the salon really is.

With Sindria

The Strategic Planner prepares routines so you know what to post today, tomorrow and next week, instead of waiting for a free afternoon. Smart Copywriting drafts the text, and whoever has a gap between appointments only needs to read it, tweak it and approve it.

Beautiful colour, nobody sees it

The problem

Your best balayages are done in warm salon light, in front of a mirror, with a client who has to leave in ten minutes. The photo comes out flat, the before-and-after is not framed the same way, and the result you are proudest of never makes it online.

With Sindria

Upload your before-and-afters to the library and the AI picks the right ones for each post, while the AI Design studio professionalises the photo so the colour and the shine come through better. Always ask your client before posting a photo where she can be recognised; you can also show the hair from behind.

Colour trends, treatments and party season

The problem

Copper and mahogany arrive with autumn, tired hair after summer asks for a rebuilding treatment, and December brings company dinners, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. If you announce the festive styling diary late, the clients have already booked elsewhere.

With Sindria

Sindria takes key dates into account, like Christmas, sales or Black Friday, and suggests posts ahead of time. You can plan colour of the season, treatments and event styling weeks in advance, and the copy explains the colour and the care the way your team would, not like a brochure.

Frequently asked questions

Can I post before-and-afters of my clients?
Only with their permission. Sindria helps you improve the photos you upload and write the caption, but it is up to you to ask each client whether she is happy to appear. A simple habit is to ask at the end of the service. If she prefers not to, you can show the hair from behind or cropped, without her face.
Does Sindria manage my appointments or my stylists' diaries?
No. Sindria plans, writes and designs your social media posts and publishes them on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. It does not handle bookings, reply to messages or manage reviews. A post can say that the Christmas styling diary is open, but the booking itself happens through whatever system your salon already uses.
Will it tell me which colours and styles are in fashion?
Sindria plans around key dates and around the topics you tell it about: balayage, treatments, event styling, the care of coloured hair. It does not decide what is trending, and it does not guarantee how a colour will turn out. The technical details, such as times, products and prices, come from you, and you check them before a post goes out.
Which plan suits a hair salon?
Spark is free and includes 1 post and 1 AI interaction in total, enough to see how it works. Echo costs €29.99/month (€24.99/month billed annually) and includes 3 posts a week and 50 AI interactions a month. Amplify costs €59.99/month (€49.99/month billed annually) and includes 6 posts a week (up to 2 AI reels a month), 500 AI interactions a month and LinkedIn. Instagram and Facebook are included in all of them.
