For architecture studios

Show how you work before they ask for a quote

You design family homes, bring old-town houses back to life and run the works on site. Your work is slow, visible and expensive, so people want to understand how you think before they call. But between site visits, council paperwork and client meetings, Instagram goes untouched and your LinkedIn stays quiet for months.

Sindria plans, writes and designs your Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn posts with AI. It learns what kind of projects you take on and how you explain them, suggests what to publish each week and leaves everything ready to review. You decide what goes out.

Architecture studios: What can Sindria do for your architecture studio?

What gets in the way when your projects speak for you

Quote requests from people who don't know how you work

The problem

Someone asks for a price for a renovation without knowing what a design phase involves, what a permit is for or why the works can't start tomorrow. You explain the same three phases in every first meeting, and the people who would have understood never got to read it first.

With Sindria

Magic Scan reads your website, Instagram and Google Maps listing to learn which kinds of projects you do. Smart Copywriting turns the process into plain captions, and carousels on Instagram and LinkedIn walk through design, permit and works step by step.

Showing a project without turning it into a brochure

The problem

A good before and after is half the story, and the other half is the decisions behind it: the partition you removed, the parquet you kept, the light you gained. Written in a hurry, it either says nothing or sounds like a catalogue. So the photos stay in a folder.

With Sindria

You pick the photos and Sindria drafts the caption the way you would tell it to a client, with the reasoning and without jargon. Your site photos, plans and model shots stay sorted and tagged in your library, ready for the next project post. You edit every word before it goes out.

A quiet LinkedIn and no time between sites

The problem

Clients look at your Instagram, while peers, developers and public bodies look at LinkedIn. Each network asks for a different tone. Add the dates that matter, such as the last call for this year's permits, and keeping both alive on top of the actual work feels like a second job.

With Sindria

The Strategic Planner sets up routines so you know what to post today, tomorrow and next week, with sector dates in mind, so a permit reminder lands while it is still useful. You review, edit, then publish or leave it scheduled. From the Amplify plan you can also publish to LinkedIn.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sindria give technical or legal advice on projects and permits?
No. Sindria is a tool for planning, writing and designing social media posts. It doesn't give technical, legal or planning advice, and it doesn't check regulations or timelines. You review and edit every post before it's published or scheduled, so anything it says about permits or works remains your responsibility.
What can I show of a project that still has clients living in it?
That is your call, and Sindria never publishes without your approval. Many studios start with process, materials, plans and finished work, and ask the client before showing their home. Use fictional or anonymised examples when you prefer. Every draft waits for you, so you can remove anything you'd rather keep private.
Can I publish to LinkedIn, and which plan do I need?
Yes. Sindria can publish to a LinkedIn personal profile or a company page. LinkedIn is included from the Amplify plan: €59.99 a month, or €49.99 a month billed annually, with 6 posts per week (up to 2 AI reels a month) and 500 AI interactions per month. Instagram and Facebook work from the Echo plan, at €29.99 a month, or €24.99 a month billed annually, with 3 posts per week and 50 AI interactions per month.
My site photos aren't great. Can I still post them?
Yes. The AI Design studio can professionalise your own photos, such as a picture of a finished kitchen or a model on your desk, and it can generate images and designs for your posts. You own the rights to everything you upload and to the generated results. Spark is free, with 1 trial post and 1 AI interaction in total.
