For farm stays and rural guesthouses

Your farm is beautiful all year. Your feed should show it

You change the sheets, pick the figs for breakfast, light the fireplace and answer the phone, and somewhere between the vineyard and the reception desk the photos pile up: the olive grove at sunrise, the bread from the wood oven, the room with the window onto the vines. They all stay in your gallery, because by the time the day is over there is no energy left to write a caption.

Sindria turns those photos into planned posts for Instagram and Facebook, written in the warm voice you use with your guests. You review them whenever you have ten minutes, change what you want and publish them or leave them scheduled, so the farm keeps showing up while you keep running it.

Farm stays and agritourism: What can Sindria do for your farm stay?

What gets in the way of posting from the farm

Harvest season swallows your evenings

The problem

During the grape harvest or the olive picking you are up before dawn and in bed late. The weekends you most want to fill are exactly when posting is the first thing to slip, and a quiet feed in October is easy to notice.

With Sindria

The Strategic Planner prepares your routine ahead of time, so posts about rooms, breakfasts and experiences are already spread across the calendar before the busy weeks begin. You approve them in a few minutes and they go out on the days you chose.

Beautiful photos, nothing to say

The problem

You have the breakfast table, the stone walls and the view from the terrace, but a photo of a jar of fig jam is not a post yet. You would like to tell the story of the farm, the neighbour who brings the eggs, the miller who presses your oil, and you never find the words.

With Sindria

Smart Copywriting writes the caption the way you talk to your guests, and the AI Design studio improves your own photos so the light and the produce come through. Your photos are kept in a library, ready for the next post. Always ask guests before sharing a picture where they can be recognised.

Quiet midweeks, full long weekends

The problem

The long weekends sell themselves, but a free Tuesday in November does not. Workshops, a chestnut roast or a bread-baking morning are exactly what makes people choose a date, and they need to be announced early enough for anyone to plan.

With Sindria

Sindria takes key dates into account and proposes posts in advance. For what is specific to your farm, such as how the harvest works or what the workshop includes, you tell it once through Learns From You and it remembers it in the next posts.

Posts a farm stay could publish this week

Three fictional farm stays, three kinds of post Sindria can help you plan and write.

The businesses and posts are invented to show the kind of content Sindria prepares.

  3. Get your week planned

Review the posts, edit anything you want and publish them, or leave them scheduled.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sindria manage my bookings?
No. Sindria plans, writes and designs your social media posts and publishes them on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. It does not handle reservations, availability, booking platforms, messages or reviews. Your posts can invite people to book a weekend, but the booking itself happens through whatever system your farm already uses.
Can I show my guests in the photos, and what about children?
Only with their permission. Sindria helps you improve the photos you upload and write the caption, but it is up to you to ask guests whether they are happy to appear. If children are in the picture, you need the consent of their parents. A simple way around it is to show hands, backs, the table or the landscape instead of faces.
Can Sindria plan around the harvest and my key dates?
Sindria already takes general key dates into account, such as long weekends, Christmas or Black Friday. For the dates that belong to your farm, like the grape harvest, the olive picking or a workshop, you tell it once and it remembers them when it proposes the next posts. You always review everything before it goes out.
Which plan suits a farm stay?
