For board game and RPG stores

Less time on Instagram, more games on your tables

Thursday is demo night, the new releases arrived on Tuesday and there is a half-painted miniature on the counter that deserves a photo. You know all of it should be on social media. But you are teaching the rules of a game to a family of four, and the phone stays in your pocket.

Sindria plans, writes and designs your posts for Instagram and Facebook in the voice of your store, jokes included. You review them between one table and the next, change whatever you like and publish them or leave them scheduled.

What gets in the way of posting when you run a games store

Running the tables and the shelves at once

The problem

While you explain a worker-placement game to a new group, a delivery arrives, someone asks for a deck sleeve size and the demo copy is missing a token. Social media is last on the list, so the week passes without a post.

With Sindria

The Strategic Planner prepares your week of posts in advance, so you only have to review them. Smart Copywriting writes the captions with your tone, and you can approve them from your phone in a quiet moment, even from behind the counter.

New releases every week and nothing new to say

The problem

Every box that arrives looks the same in a photo: a lid, a title and a price. Posting "new in store" again and again gets repetitive, and yet the player who would love that euro-game never finds out it is on your shelf.

With Sindria

Sindria helps you vary the angle: a co-op for the whole family, a half-hour game for two, a deduction game for groups. Learns From You remembers how you talk about games, so each post explains who a game suits instead of repeating the title. The AI Design studio polishes your own photos of the boxes and the table.

Demo nights and tournaments half your community never hears about

The problem

You organise a demo night, a tournament or the start of a fantasy campaign, and on the day you discover that half your regulars did not know.

With Sindria

The calendar places each event with its announcement and its reminder, and the Planner takes key dates into account, like Halloween, Black Friday or the Christmas gift season. Your posts can say how to sign up; the sign-up itself happens the way you already handle it, by message, in the shop or with your own form.

Posts a games store could publish this week

The businesses and posts are invented to show the kind of content Sindria prepares.

How it works

From zero to a planned week in three steps.

  1. Connect your networks

Link your Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts in a couple of minutes.

    How to connect them
  2. Sindria analyses your brand

Magic Scan reads your website, your Instagram and your Google Maps listing to learn your tone, your colours and what you sell.

  3. Get your week planned

Review the posts, edit anything you want and publish them, or leave them scheduled.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use box covers and publisher logos?
The safest route is your own photos: the boxes on your shelf, the open table, the painted miniatures. Sindria does not obtain or grant any licence for covers, illustrations or logos of publishers, so check the rights of anything you upload that is not yours. Use of the images you upload and of what the AI creates from them is your responsibility.
Does Sindria manage tournament sign-ups or table bookings?
No. Sindria plans, writes and designs your social media posts and publishes them on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. It does not handle sign-ups, bookings, messages, stock or online sales. Your posts can invite people to sign up, but you manage the list the way you already do.
What can I post between new releases?
A lot more than boxes: demo nights, campaign start dates, freshly painted miniatures, a beginner's guide to a first role-playing session, a hobby workshop or a recommendation by age or number of players. Tell Sindria about your events once and it will remember them in the posts it proposes.
Which plan suits a games store?
