For restaurants and bars

Your kitchen is busy. Your Instagram shouldn't go quiet.

Service starts at one, the fish arrived late and someone called in sick. Posting today's menu is the last thing on your mind. Sindria plans, writes and designs your posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, so your dishes, your terrace and your events show up online even on the busiest days.

It learns your place first: your website, your Instagram and your Google Maps listing. Then it suggests what to post each day. You check it between services, tweak what you want and publish or schedule it.

Restaurants: What can Sindria do for your restaurant?

What gets in the way of posting when you run a restaurant

The daily menu changes, the post doesn't

The problem

You change the menu of the day every morning, but writing a new post each time takes too long. So the same photo from last month stays up, and people who follow you never know what's cooking today or why it's worth coming back this week.

With Sindria

The Strategic Planner builds routines so you know what to post today, tomorrow and next week. Tell Sindria today's starters and mains, and Smart Copywriting turns them into a short, appetising caption in your voice, ready to review and publish.

Great food, poor photos

The problem

Your dishes look good on the pass, but the photo you snap with your phone under kitchen lights looks flat and yellow. You don't have time for a photographer, and a dull picture of your best rice dish does it no favours.

With Sindria

Upload the photo you already took. The AI Design studio professionalises it, improving how it looks, and can also generate a design for announcements like a new menu or a tasting night. You own the rights to what you upload and to the results.

Seasons and key dates catch you off guard

The problem

Terrace season opens, mushrooms or artichokes arrive, Christmas menus need selling in November. You always mean to announce them early, but the weeks go by during service and the post goes out late, when tables are already booked elsewhere.

With Sindria

The planner takes key dates into account, like Christmas, so the posts are suggested in time. The AI also learns from you and asks questions, such as when your terrace opens or which seasonal produce you work with, to get each post right.

Frequently asked questions

Can Sindria take bookings for my restaurant?
No. Sindria plans, writes and designs your social media posts, it doesn't manage bookings. What it can do is remind your followers how to book, by phone or on your website, in every post that needs it, such as the Christmas menu or a special dinner.
Can I use photos of my own dishes?
Yes, and it's a good idea. Upload the photos you take in the kitchen or dining room, and the AI Design studio professionalises them. It can also generate images and designs when you have no photo. You own the rights to what you upload and to the results.
Which networks can I post to?
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. For Instagram you need a Professional account, Business or Creator, and switching is free. On Facebook, Sindria publishes to your Facebook Page. LinkedIn, useful if you do catering or corporate events, is included from the Amplify plan.
Which plan suits a restaurant?
Spark is free and lets you try one post. Echo costs €29.99 a month, or €24.99 billed annually, with 3 posts per week: enough for a daily menu highlight and a weekend plan. Amplify costs €59.99, or €49.99 billed annually, with 6 posts per week (up to 2 AI reels a month) and LinkedIn. Groups and franchises can ask about Total Impact.
