For specialty coffee shops

Your coffee is specialty. Your posts should look it too

You choose your roaster with care, dial in the grinder every morning and bake the cake before you open. Then the rush arrives, the cups pile up and the latte art photo stays on your phone. By the time things calm down, the job is cashing up, not writing a caption about where the beans come from.

Sindria turns your photos and your news into planned posts for Instagram and Facebook, in the warm voice of your bar. You check them between services, change what you like, and publish them or leave them scheduled.

Specialty coffee shops: What can Sindria do for your coffee shop?

What stands between your bar and your Instagram

No time between rushes

The problem

Mornings are a steady stream of orders, weekend brunch keeps you on your feet until three, and the afternoon goes on cleaning the machine and counting stock. Posting a photo with a decent caption comes last on the list, so weeks go by in silence.

With Sindria

The Strategic Planner prepares a calendar of what is worth telling: the new coffee, the cake of the day, Saturday brunch. You pick what goes out, Smart Copywriting drafts the text, and you leave it scheduled so it no longer depends on your best hour of the day.

You bake every morning and nobody finds out

The problem

The croissants, the baked cheesecake and the jams are all yours. That is what sets you apart from any other café, yet a tray that leaves the oven at eight and is gone by eleven almost never makes it to your feed.

With Sindria

Upload photos of the bakehouse and of what comes out of the oven, and the AI Design studio gets them ready for the feed and Stories. Sindria also learns from you: tell it how you make the pumpkin cake and it will remember it in later posts. That way people see the product before it sells out.

Specialty coffee, posts like any bar

The problem

You talk about origin, process, tasting notes and brew method, and on social media you end up writing “good morning, coffee time!”. A generic caption does not show the care behind the cup, and it does not reach people looking for exactly that.

With Sindria

Magic Scan analyses your website, your Instagram and your Google Maps listing to learn your tone, your colours and your menu. With that Brand DNA, Smart Copywriting writes with the origin of the coffee, your roasters and the method, without clichés. You still read every text before it goes out.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sindria check allergens, ingredients and prices?
No. Sindria writes the draft from what it learns about your café, but it does not validate allergens, ingredients, opening hours or prices. You review every text before it goes out, especially anything about what a cake or a brunch contains. Sindria also does not take orders or bookings: a post can say that cakes are made to order, and the order itself happens the way you already handle it.
Can I post photos of my customers?
Only with their permission. Sindria helps you improve the photos you upload and write the caption, but it is up to you to ask people whether they are happy to appear. If someone prefers not to, you can show the cup, the table or the hands pouring the milk without any faces.
What do I post when there is no news?
Sindria plans ahead around the rhythm of a coffee shop: the new coffee on the bar, how a filter brew is made, the bakehouse, seasonal products, jams and granola to take away, your roasters and key dates such as a long weekend. When you tell it more about each of those, it keeps that in mind in later posts.
