This document constitutes the legal agreement between the user and MOMUSA (hereinafter, "the Developer") for the use of the SindirApp application on both iOS (Apple) and Android (Google) platforms.

I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS (EULA)

1. Scope and License

This End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to all versions of the application distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license for personal or commercial use of the software.

2. Generative AI (Google Gemini Models)

In compliance with the 2026 EU AI Act:

Technology: This application utilizes Google Gemini generative AI models to process requests and generate content.
Nature of Results: The user acknowledges that AI may generate inaccurate responses or "hallucinations."
Transparency: All AI-generated content within the app will be identified with digital watermarks or labels as required by current 2026 transparency regulations.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

User Ownership: All texts and images generated by the user through the application's AI features are the sole property of the user. The Developer claims no rights over the output resulting from the user's prompts.
Responsibility: The user is legally responsible for ensuring that the generated content does not infringe on third-party copyrights or local laws.

4. Payments and Subscriptions (RevenueCat)

Processing: All financial transactions and subscription management are handled via RevenueCat, which interfaces with Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing.
Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew through the respective store (App Store or Google Play) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

II. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR & AI ACT COMPLIANCE)

2. Data Collection and Purpose

AI Prompts (Gemini): Input text/instructions are sent to Google's servers for processing by Gemini models.
Privacy Guard: Per our technical agreement, your input data (prompts) are not used to train public Google AI models without your explicit opt-in.
Purchase Management: RevenueCat collects an anonymous user identifier and purchase history to validate premium access. No direct banking or credit card data is stored by the Developer or RevenueCat; this remains with Apple/Google.

3. Data Security and International Transfers

Since we use Google (Gemini) and RevenueCat, data may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) under strict data protection frameworks and end-to-end encryption.

4. User Rights

Under GDPR and the 2026 AI Act, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data. Both the iOS and Android versions include a "Delete Account" button that immediately erases all user data from our servers and RevenueCat's database.
